PARK FOREST, Ill. — Milwaukee Area Technical College men's tennis dropped an 8–1 road decision to Moraine Valley on Saturday at the Park Forest Tennis and Health Club, with sophomore Isaiah Marin earning the Stormers' lone point at No. 3 singles.

Editor's note: MATC is competing this season with only three eligible players and therefore must forfeit No. 2 and No. 3 doubles along with No. 4–6 singles in every dual match.

Marin stayed hot at No. 3 singles, cruising 6–3, 6–0 to earn his third straight win and improve to 5–4 this season. His straight‑set win accounted for MATC's only point of the match.

Braxton Brusky dropped a competitive first set before falling 6–4, 6–0 at No. 1 singles, while Peyton Kuzminski fell 6–1, 6–2 at No. 2 singles.

In the lone contested doubles match, Brusky and Kuzminski battled at No. 1 but came up short in an 8–3 loss.

With the loss, MATC moves to 0–9 on the season.
