MATC Men’s Basketball Signs Transfer Guard Raydelh Boutin

MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The Milwaukee Area Technical College men's basketball program is excited to welcome sophomore point guard Raydelh Boutin to the Stormers' 2025-26 roster. A transfer from Raritan Valley Community College in Branchburg, New Jersey, Boutin brings a proven track record of performance, leadership and athleticism to the backcourt.

The 5-foot-10 native of Nyack, New York, is coming off a standout freshman season at Raritan Valley, where he averaged 16.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.1 steals over 32 games, including 31 starts. His efforts were instrumental in helping the Lions capture their third straight NJCAA Division II Region championship and make a historic first-ever appearance in the NJCAA Division II National Tournament.

Boutin earned national attention during the week of Jan. 21-27, when he was named NJCAA Player of the Week after averaging 28.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists while shooting 58% from the field, 56% from 3-point range and 90% from the free-throw line.

"We are very excited to have Raydelh in our program," MATC head men's basketball coach Randy Casey said. "He can affect the game in so many different ways offensively and on the defensive end of the floor. He is a very accomplished player, and we expect big things from him this year."

Before his collegiate success, Boutin had an exceptional prep career at Nyack High School, where he was a four-year varsity starter and a two-sport athlete in basketball and football. His basketball accolades include:
  • Four-time All-League (Section 1 – New York State Public High School Athletic Association)
  • Three-time All-Section (Section 1 – NYSPHSAA)
  • Three-time All-Conference (Section 1 – NYSPHSAA)
  • All-State selection (Section 1 – NYSPHSAA)
Boutin also played a key role in leading Nyack boys' basketball to its first league title since 2003.

On the football field, Boutin earned additional honors:
  • Three-time All-League selection
  • Two-time All-Section selection
  • 2024 Fifth-Team All-State recognition
Boutin is expected to make an immediate impact for the Stormers as they look to defend their NJCAA Region 4 (Midwest B District) championship in the upcoming season.
