JOLIET, Ill. — Milwaukee Area Technical College's men's basketball team exploded offensively Monday at Joliet Junior College, shooting 61 percent from the field, including 37 percent from 3-point range, en route to a dominant 118-84 road victory over the Wolves.
The 34-point route marked the Stormers' fourth double‑digit win this season and extended their streak to four games. MATC built a 62-40 halftime lead and never looked back.

Noah Daniels led the early charge with a team‑best 14 first‑half points, going 3-for-6 from long range and a perfect 2-for-2 on two‑point attempts. Sophomore

MATC pushed the advantage to 25 early in the second half and then opened the floodgates with a balanced attack. Six players finished in double figures: Hackett (23), freshman

As a unit, the Stormers made 42 of 80 attempts overall, going 33-for-56 inside the arc and 9-for-24 from 3-point range. They finished with 49 rebounds (19 offensive), 24 assists, two blocks and two steals while committing 18 turnovers.
Hackett led MATC's offense with a game‑high 23 points on 10-of-12 shooting, including a perfect 3-for-3 from beyond the arc. Lawani nearly recorded a double‑double, finishing with 15 points and five rebounds and converting all 11 of his free throws.
Rivers added 16 points on 5-of-10 shooting, with three offensive rebounds and two assists. Daniels finished with 16 points, making three 3-pointers and pulling down six rebounds. Boutin contributed 14 points, seven assists and a steal, and Johnson scored 10 on 3-of-5 shooting.
