MILWAUKEE, Wis. -  Milwaukee Area Technical College Athletics would like to formally announce the hiring of ShaRon Miller as a new assistant coach for the women's basketball program.

Miller joins the Stormers after serving alongside newly hired Head Coach Samantha Doucette at Anoka-Ramsey Community College, where the duo helped lead one of the nation's premier NJCAA Division III programs.

Together, Miller and Doucette were part of back-to-back Region 13B Championships and consecutive NJCAA National Tournament appearances — including a third-place finish and a National Runner-Up finish.

A former NJCAA and NCAA Division I student-athlete and two-time NJCAA First Team All-American, Miller brings a wealth of experience in player development, recruiting, scouting, and championship-level basketball.

Most importantly, she brings a passion for helping student-athletes grow both on and off the court, while building a culture centered around accountability, confidence, mentorship, and excellence.

We're thrilled that Coach Doucette has chosen to bring Coach Miller with her to MATC as they continue their coaching partnership and work together to build something special here in Milwaukee.
