Stormers Softball Makes Quick Work of Moraine Valley

PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. – MATC softball got back into the win column Wednesday after taking a pair of road games over Moraine Valley by the way of mercy-rule.

The Stormers, who entered Wednesday's matchup coming off back-to-back losses to Rock Valley on Tuesday, wasted little time jumping out in front of both games against the Cyclones. In Game 1, they took a 3-0 lead into the third before securing a 14-3 win in six innings. In the follow up game, MATC stormed out to a 6-1 lead through two before taking a 10-2 win over five innings.
