MILWAUKEE, Wis. – Milwaukee Area Technical College baseball sophomore Daniel Flores has committed to continue his education and play baseball at Benedictine University Mesa. 

Benedictine University Mesa is a National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) affiliated school located in Mesa, Arizona. They are a member of the Golden State Athletic Conference (GSAC) and compete against schools from Arizona and California. 

This past season Daniel hit .291 and led our team in doubles (12) and HR (6). His six home runs tied the program single season home run record. He also threw 13 innings and had 16 K's. 

"We are excited for Daniel's commitment. He was a leader for us both on and off the field," head baseball coach Caleb Bounds said. "Benedictine Mesa is getting a great baseball player, and an even greater person. I can't wait to see Flo succeed down south next year!"
