MILWAUKEE, Wis. – MATC women's basketball continued to reshape its 2025-26 roster by officially signing high school preps star Maniyah Woolridge, a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, native.
Standing at 6'0", Woolridge brings immediate size to the Stormers frontcourt. As a center for Fort Bend Marshall High School, Woolridge went on to be named a two-time Defensive Player of the Year award winner. She also earned First-Team All-District honors.
"Maniyah [Woolridge] will bring a level of athleticism and inside presence that will bolster what we like to do on both ends of the court," MATC head coach
Arom Murrell said.
Woolridge will join the Stormers family alongside her high school teammate, Sa'Nyai Mitchell, who also committed to MATC earlier this year.
