Menasha, Wis. - The Milwaukee Area Technical College women's basketball team defeated Fox Valley Technical College 77-58 on Monday to sweep the season series.

The Stormers found themselves trailing 16-23 after a sloppy first quarter, but went on to outscore the Foxes 21-8 in the second quarter, taking a 37-31 lead going into halftime. MATC didn't look back as they stretched their lead to 19 point in the victory. 

Brittany Kaltenberg led the Stormers with 19 points and Tara Jefferson recorded a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Kurstyn Gordon also scored in double figures with 12 points.

The Stormers travel to Cicero, IL on Thursday to take on Morton College. The women's game is scheduled for a 5:00 PM start.
