ROCHESTER, Minn. – Milwaukee Area Technical College women's basketball team trailed early and were unable to recover in a 57-66 loss to Rochester Community & Technical College.

Tara Jefferson had a team-high 17 points for the Stormers. She was 7-for-13 from the field and was 3-for-4 at the line. She also grabbed a team-leading 17 rebounds.

Freshman Brittany Kaltenberg had 14 points, went 2-for-2 from the line, and had 2 steals. Sophomore Nwoye Green added 13 points and 6 rebounds in the loss.

The Stormers went 0-for-8 from behind the three point line and finished with 26 turnovers.
 
The women's basketball team will return to action on Saturday (Nov. 19) for a 1:00 PM battle with Western Technical College.
