MILWAUKEE, Wis. — The Milwaukee Area Technical College men's basketball team climbed one spot in the latest NJCAA Division II poll, moving from No. 8 to No. 7 in the Week 10 rankings released Jan. 27, 2026.

The rise comes after yet another perfect week for the Stormers, who went 2–0 with wins over previously No. 6 South Suburban on Jan. 20 and Rock Valley — unranked but receiving votes in both last week's poll and the Week 10 update — on Jan. 22. MATC (19-3) now stands as the highest‑ranked team in Region 4. Also representing the region in the poll are No. 9 South Suburban, No. 12 Madison College and No. 25 Bryant & Stratton.
