PALATINE, Ill. – The age old saying "it's not how you start, but how you finish" proved to come to fruition for the Milwaukee Area Technical College men's basketball team during their 77-71 road victory over Harper College Thursday evening.
The Stormers, who entered Thursday's contest just 3-8 on the road, fell behind 31-25 at halftime before erupting for a 52-point second half. Sophomore
Cyrus Little scored 13 of his team-high 19 points throughout the second half and helped break the 56-56 tie with 4:18 remaining after dishing out an assist to freshman
Ky'Moni Hunt on the fastbreak. From that point on, MATC was able to remain in control to the tune of earning a six-point victory.
The fourth road victory of the season moved MATC to 9-14 overall with six regular season games left before the start NJCAA Region 4 Tournament.

Little led the Stormers with 19 points, followed by sophomores
Antonio Foxwell (15 points) and
Oluwamayowa Akinsipe (11). Second-year guard
Matthew Hoarde and Hunt each added 10 points apiece. Freshman
Julian Valentine finished with six points.
