DANVILLE, Ill. –  The Stormers march past Iowa Lakes Community College 90-73 to advance to the quarterfinals of the NJCAA Division II National Tournament.

Qi'Andre Washington led MATC with 17 points. Shelton Williams-Dryden finished with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Shamann Artis had 15 points and 11 rebounds.

Also scoring in double figures were Cyrus Little with 14 and Ke'Varius "KJ" Taylor with 13.

MATC fell behind 12-2 at the beginning of the game but responded with a 21-5 run to begin the 2nd half outscoring Iowa Lakes 50-32 in the period.

The Stormers next game will be on Wednesday, March 20 at 8:00 PM. They will face the winner of Ellsworth Community College vs Monroe Community College.
